  • Course materials include business plan outline, pro-forma for 5, 10, 20-room inns, current industry studies and a Certificate of Achievement upon completion of the seminar.
  • $95 Individual
  • $175 Couple
  • Payment of the seminar fee is due at registration.
   
Meals and Lodging Minimize  

 
 
Meals for the seminar, dinner on Friday night and lunch on Saturday and Sunday are provided by Elizabeth Pointe Lodge. Dinner and mid-dy meals are extensions of the seminar, used for round table discussions and to elaborate on seminar topics. The meal package price is $80 per person. Payment for the meal package is due at the time of registration.

Lodging on Friday and Saturday nights at Elizabeth Pointe Lodge or a nearby lodging property of your choosing. We can assist with recommendations and reservations.

Lodging is billed separately and varies according to the participant's choice or accommodations. Ppayment of one night's lodging is due when you register. The balance owed for lodging is due on checkout.
